ABOUT ME.
Originally from Narragansett, a small beach town in Rhode Island, best known for its waves and the beer with the town's name slapped on the front of the can, as shown in the movie Jaws. With just 400 students at my high school, it was a tight-knit community where everyone knew each other, and relationships mattered.

I graduated from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland with a degree in Finance. I am currently an Investment Banking Analyst at FT Partners in New York City.
PASSIONS & PURSITS
Outside of work, I focus on activities that keep me grounded, energized, and curious:

-
Entertainment: Weight training, basketball, pickleball, and golf fuel my competitive spirit and physical energy. I’m also a top-tier prankster, an avid poker player, and a frequent visitor to Comedy Cellar in NYC.

-
Mindfulness: Journaling and reading sharpen my perspective, while podcasts and NYC’s Othership sessions spark new ideas and foster mental clarity.

-
Travel: I've explored 22 countries and lived in a few across North America, Europe, Africa, Australia, and parts of Asia, immersing myself in diverse cultures, dream-like landscapes, and varying perspectives—many trips with family or friends, and some amazing solo adventures.

-
Professional: I’ve dipped my toes into angel investing, backing a few early-stage startups, and I’m excited to deepen my involvement in innovative spaces, particularly FinTech. If you’re building a promising startup, I’d love to hear from you.

In my free time, you’ll find me exploring new restaurants with my girlfriend, bluffing with a 2,7 in poker, or crafting cocktails that rival any NYC speakeasy, while posting Tiger Woods-level scores in golf—as long as I’m the only one keeping score.

Transferring to UMD was undoubtedly an adjustment, especially considering that the student population of the university was four times the number of residents in my hometown. Adding to the experience was my first year living situation: I stumbled upon the only available apartment and shared it with three international students from China, India, and El Salvador.

I graduated as a presidential scholar, made the dean’s list all semesters, and participated in two programs: Maryland-in-Rome and Wall Street Fellows.
Relevant Coursework: Banking & Financial Institutions, Financial Markets, Financial Statement Analysis, International Finance, Investment Banking, Investments, Portfolio Management, Private Equity Strategy & Execution, Wall Street Finance

Growing up, my life was deeply immersed in year-round competitive sports, which naturally limiting my opportunities for travel, academic clubs, musical instruments like the trumpet, and leisure activities like skiing. Therefore, when the chance to study abroad presented itself, I eagerly embraced it. I cultivated relationships and learned from people all around the world, exploring new places every weekend with the friends I made.
It was an unforgettable experience, and I could talk about it for days.

Safe to say, this was a fever dream. I lived in Rome for five months, traveled to ten other countries, and took Italian classes four times a week.

I committed to Suffolk University to play on their Division III Men's Basketball Team. Beyond the court, I actively contributed to the Finance and Investing Club, serving as Lead Analyst of the Investment Fund, where I reviewed presentations and financial models before stock pitches. Notably, I was also honored as Outstanding Freshman of the Year for my academic contributions.

Moreover, I led the effort to bring Adventis' Financial Modeling Bootcamp to campus.

It was during this time that I began to contemplate a shift in perspective – maybe life held more than just sports.
